I’m a Product Engineer at Open (YC 2024), where I build an AI-native customer support platform. My work runs across the stack, from the product interfaces people use to the systems that render and run AI-generated experiences safely.
My engineering approach was built through a period of intense discipline. While studying for my medical degree at the University of Jordan, I concurrently immersed myself in software engineering; balancing rigorous technical theory with the hands-on experience of shipping production code.
Previously, I was a Product Engineer at WAJ, scaling multi-tenant commerce applications for thousands of businesses across the MENA region. Before that, as an Independent Developer, I owned the full lifecycle of commercial products — from architecture and design through to production and deployment.
